Bernadette and Jen

Bernadette has been an American actor, singer as well as a children's book author. She was born Bernadette in 1948. Through an extensive career spanning more than five decades, she has appeared in musical theatre film and television and has also performed on her own and in recordings. She's won seven Tony Awards nominations, two that she took home, and 8 Drama Desk Awards. Grammy Awards went to four Broadway Cast Albums where she was a part of. Peters played as a kid on the stage, later on, she was cast in roles for teenagers during the 1960s and the 1970s. In addition to her work on The Muppet Show, The Carol Burnett Show, and for other shows on TV, she was also praised for the roles that she had performed in Annie and Silent Movie. The year was 1980 when she started to make a return to Broadway and was one of the top performers of this stage for the next thirty years. Peters has released a number of singles in addition to six solos, many casts albums and performs regularly in concerts as a solo artist.
